Thank you for sharing the passing of your father. I'm so sorry for all of your loss. That week is certainly very heavy for you.

thank you for your kindness. Indeed that's a heavy week i could easily remove the month of Feb from the calendar and be happy with it.

I know exactly what you mean.

It has been two and a half years and I mourn him - and the person I was before "complicated grief" overtook me - every single day.

I lost my Papa to cancer on 27th May this year, I have seen and felt the same what you saw and felt. I know the kind the pain you had burning you from within, as I have also not come to terms with my loss as yet. My father had so much pain which couldn't be controlled even with morphine. His body was was so withered that he couldn't sit at all without suport. In the final days I would cry all the time when I was not with him. I prayed to God endlessly, first to somehow cure him then to take him out of his pain his misery. He had an athletic built with hands tough like grinding stones in better days, now he was reduced to a mere forty five kilograms of bones. Please try to be calm, chant God's name, it helps, it has helped me. Pray to your God to keep your Dad safe with him till eternity.
