you're welcome to use one of my computers to record stuff, since i have two and i am rarely (read: never) using both simultaneously. i'll be bringing an external mic to school this semester, so you'd be able to record on my large imac (which i use the least, anyway).

if you're really interested in recording things, you can probably get fred or matt to show you how to use, um, audacity (which is more versatile than garageband) or something.

same as the above: i just got a mac mini because my dell finally died. i am getting slowly acquainted with garage band and will be totally willing to record stuff for you. i have a pretty decent mic as well.

i am excited for lacan, even if you don't take the class i can discuss the subject matter excitedly with you! in the many frantic all night sessions i assume we will undergo.

sorry i didn't come back to the city, have no money or job now. can't wait to see all of you kids on monday.
