It was much easier dealing with the insurance company this time than it was after the crash I had two years ago.  That previous experience is what made me switch insurance companies.  I went to the body shop after work and many photos were taken, then I got an estimate of the repair costs. $1700.  I am so glad I won't actually have to pay that
