dont be so down. im your friend! even though im not a very good one. things will turn out okay, everyone has to go through bad times to get to the good ones. it only makes good times even that much better, right? if youre so desperate for a job, go back to michaels until you find a better one? a steady form of income is better than selling old cd's and searching for a job while wasting gasoline and not having any money to put back into the source. youve got something at your feet, and basically thats all thats there right now. youd be better off working there and searching for another job than not working at all, right? but thats entirely up to you. things will fall into place, youve just got to give it time. =/

I miss you like crazy. Come back down, chop chop. However I feel that you need to get your shit together in Indy, and deal with things that you usually just ignore or run from... car stuff, your dad, friends, your life, etc... They'll just follow you wherever you go. Prove yourself and everyone else wrong, I think it will feel more rewarding then you can imagine. Also I think the comment from Photobothkiss is right, go back to Michael's until something better comes along. Beggers can't be chooser's, and just don't fall into the the routine of comfort at Michael's. Don't allow yourself to get stuck. Use them for what you can and move on. Time to be stong and sensible Derek, otherwise you have no one to blame but yourself. Quit thinking about everything, and just do it. You know I am not trying to be mean, I'm just being your best friend.
