I was looking through the scans, and i thought this one is quite interesting and cute,
Scan isn't very HQ so I can't really see clearly the recipe at the bottom (please correct me if you realise that any of the steps are wrong)
but his recipe is kinda.. or should i say Yamashita Naomi (his mom)'s recipe looks kinda easy!
Guess any of you might want to try and make it too ^o^

Taste of the members' mothers' cooking!! LET'S TRY
---------------------------
All of the members, NEWS who have very good relationship with their families. So this month, introducing "Taste of my family's cooking",which the members like very much, recipes! Mother's taste that is full of love, if you are able to master it, maybe you can capture the hearts of the 6 people ne ♥
I would often request for it for dinner
Although ever since I was small my mother have been working, she didn't leave me to eat food in sealed plastic (ready made food like boiled food such as stew sealed in plastic bags), instead she would surely cook some dishes for me. Even though there are stew or curry or many many different kind of dishes, the one I liked the best is, mapo tofu. (mapo tofu is sichuan style bean curd, it's yummy x) )
「What should I make today?」 she might ask, I would definitely request for it. My family's mapo tofu is not very spicy, but it has a lot of soup. It's not the feeling where there is a lot of meat cooked in the tofu, but it's the feeling whereby tofu is added in the thick soup. I would often eat this with rice. Everytime I start to get nervous during work, I would go outside to have meals, lately I have not been able to eat and taste this flavour. During my next day off I shall request for it maybe.
「Mapo tofu which I love,
I want to eat it during my next day off」
