"Luhan, you bastard!!" Joonmyun shrieks as the previously warm water he and Luhan had been bathing in turned into an icy spray of cold water. He turns around and glares at the older male, with soap suds in his hair, now dripping down the side of his face.
Joonmyun lets out another shriek, this time one of pain and annoyance when said soap suds seep into his eye. He lets out a sob as he deperately rubs his eyes to alleviate the pain and itchiness.
Luhan reaches over to the shorter male, fully remorseful for causing the problem in the first place. He pats water onto Joonmyuns eyes, batting away the insistent hands and trying to wash away the soap.
When Joonmyun finally stops whining about the pain and looks up with a red eye from under his bangs. Luhan knows he’s dead.
He gives Joonmyun a kiss on his forehead, a way of bribing the younger man. Yes, so he doesn’t die later when Yi Fan notices the red eye.
Yup, A bribe.

Joonmyun looks at the face of his sleeping son, the once tan skin now so uncharacteristically pale. The full cheeks now sunken into his cheek bones. Hair that used to be so soft and fluffy now looks straggly and stringy. His son was dying.
His beloved Jongin was dying.
"Joonmyun?" Dr. Wu calls out hesitantly as he step into the room to check on his patient.
Joonmyun looks up, face showing the stress and tiredness he had been feeling lately these few months. His eyes are filled with so much emotion that Dr. Wu Yi Fan can’t and doesn’t know how to decipher.
He opens his arms almost by instinct and Joonmyun is in his arms, silently sobbing. Yi Fan runs his hand soothingly down the shorter mans chest, trying to calm the crying man. He’s asleep in a minute, all sue to the stress and exhaustion.
Yi Fan quietly walks towards the bed where Jongin lay sleeping. He’s surprised when a hand grips his wrist as he’s taking down Jongin vitals, he looks down and is met with eyes that have accepted the bearers fate.
"Take care of Umma.. please?" The soft plea is all he needs before he nods dumbly at the child’s request.
Jongin then settles back into the bed, looking so much smaller than he already is amidst the white bed sheet and blanket. Yi Fan’s nod allows Jongin to settle comfortably into bed and sleep peacefully.
Yi Fan leaves the room, telling the nurse at the nurses station to up the morphine dosage of a certain Kim Jongin.

Yi Fan puts down a glass of water on the sleeping mans nightstand along with a pill before lening down ever so slightly at the sleeping figure.
"Joonmyun" Yi Fan calls softly as he shakes the sleeping mans shoulder softly but firmly enough not to be ignored.
Joonmyun opens his eyes lazily, eyes squinting at the light from the ever too bright sun shining from the window. “Yi Fan?” He questions.
The tall male leans down and places a kiss on too hot skin before pulling away and help the other man sit up before handing him the pills and the glass of water.
When the pills have been downed and Joonmyun is back in bed, getting himself settled to fall back asleep, Yi Fan softly makes his way out but a hand shoot up to stop him.
"Hyung? Can you stay with me?" Sick Joonmyun asked softly, more like whines. Yi Fan nods and shifts the lethargic so the bed can accommodate both bodies.
