I like the ideas in this. I'm sure you're right that Lucas would react strongly to both being captured and being in hospital.

I'm very much a Lucas fan. I don't post my fics to LJ, but have a few over on AO3. I like looking at how he comes to terms with returning from Russian.

Ohh, I'll have to check out your fics! I see you also write Sherlock. :-)

I thought they didn't spend nearly enough time on Lucas' recovery and the after effects of his captivity. I hated really disliked the ninth season. I never bought the whole "only someone who was guilty would have survived eight years of Russian prison" scenario.
