I'm so glad 2009 was such a great year for you :D And I'm in love with your flat. I was so excited to buy our own place, but it has its downsides -- all the money has gone into the house so we haven't had the chance to do the place up as we'd like it (even to the point of keeping the previous owner's curtains... urgh). So I say, enjoy your beautiful flat! And update more often... :P
