Art thief reformation?

I'm sure most of you remember the infamous art thief Calvin. Throughout DA, LJ, GJ, and free web domains, he used dozens of aliases to steal not only my art, identity, graphics, and personal photos, but also those of my close friends- and countless others from the art community.

"He's a blitzball player," heh. I thought the same thing. How can someone take a picture of a popular character and say it's their(or their friend's) original work? I think I'm gonna go steal someone's drawing of Sephiroth and say "I drew this awesome picture of Mikey. He's a character in my new fiction work about a guy who works at McDonald's, hope you all enjoy it. And he has a sword because um, well, McDonald's is a dangerous place to work!"
