Summary: What if he was just following family tradition?

Billy Turner stared at the door for a long moment. This was it- everything thing he’d ever wanted.
And he’d done it, just like his ancestors. Hadn’t his great-however-many-times-grandmother been King of the Brethren Court? Hadn’t her husband been a powerful pirate? Hadn’t they vanquished a supposedly “good” man, just like he had?
But still, he hesitated.
Finally, he pulled his goggles over his eyes. He’d done it. “Now the nightmare’s real. Now Dr. Horrible is here.” He entered the door, and joined the Evil League of Evil.
The last mortal descendent of the Captains Turner had what he wanted.
