well i managed to sleep for some odd number of hours yesterday. i called out of work yesterday due from feeling like total dizzy delirious shit. joy... grr. i slept from 3:30pm til 6:30 am. w/ a few intermissions, like food and i think a phone call, i don't recall much. medicine kicked my ass. but though only feeling only a little better, i live.
