We all have these moments, Nat, so we all understand what you're coming at! I know we all have different ways of coping with stress, too. I'm not sure if this method might help, but think of how the future will be (dwelling on the past is no good, because it already happened)! Think of all the good your life has the potential of experiencing still! Maybe thinking about that will help, but if not, I hope you can find your cope tech! *hugs*
