I have decided to make my journal open to the public again... I don't really see a point in friends-locking my entries anymore, I mean, who really wants to look at my journal anyway?!
Soooo, I found a place to live in Vancouver!! I was worried for days when I found out that I didn't get accepted into residence at UBC. I immediately went online and searched for a few places in the UBC area under $600/month. After calling around a bit, I was able to arrange a appointment at a basement suite in New Westminster. My mom and I took the ferry over and checked the place out. It is sooooo tiny! The ceilings are low and rooms are tiny.... the kitchen itself is in the hallway. Ah well, that's what you get for $500/month in Van :( I'm also sharing the suite with a girl named Andrea that I haven't met yet. We have messaged through facebook and she sounds really cool. I hope we get along. OH, and I live pretty much right across from
this cemetery. yesss!! I know Lindsay will visit me lots :D
In other news, the Lamb of God show in Vancouver is sold out!! *cries* I delayed getting tickets because I didn't think it would sell out and Brandon didn't give me an answer about whether his band was playing in the BC Metalfest. I even went out of my way and booked off the 13th & 14th for work. I'm in the process of trying to convince him to go up there for the metalfest anyway... let's see how that works out.
Here are lots of random pics from the last couple of weeks (my pictures are always random aren't they?). Enjoy!!
Brandon's 23rd Birthday
ewwww... toe cleavage!!! But, seriously, who cares? That's just the way the shoe fits and so what if you can see the tops of my toes? I don't understand those people who care so much to think its either sexy or disgusting because it is NEITHER!! They are just fuckin' toes.
ADVENTURE TIME IN BRENTWOOD!!
I'm just going to let these pictures explain themselves.
KITTENS
I hope everyone had a fun and safe Canada Day! I had a great Canada day, I worked and then went to the 3 Inches of Blood show. I'm so excited for their Ozzfest tour (even though I'm not going) just because they're representing Canada. yay!
