[Mitsuru's just going to stare at you for a good long minute. And she's going to ignore what you just said for the time being.]

As for being a resident... I suppose? Though I'm like most everyone else here, just pulled from time and space to be in an underwater bubble. But we have an island now, as I've learned. A lonely island. But it's an island none the less!

[She gives a small smile to the camera.]

While it seems that I am in a foreign location, I am still unsure of how I came to be here. I would much appreciate a physical examination when your schedule permits. Perhaps sooner rather than later, as I would like to make doubly sure that I have not obtained any injuries.

[She grasps the communicator with trembling hands. She would recognise that voice from anywhere. Was he actually alive? No, it couldn't be...]

Minato, I...

[Deep breaths, Mitsuru. Deep breaths. This surely was some cruel trick. Mitsuru saw him die, on the rooftop. How could she forget that?]

It can't be.

[That reaction tells him everything he needs to know. Mitsuru...remembers him, certainly.

He breathes out a quiet sigh. This never gets easier, does it...?]

[With a quick nod, Mitsuru points the communicator around the general area of the plaza. She takes great care in pointing to the coral, the small cluster of establishments and the area of the plaza in general. It's still an effort to hold her hands steady but after a moment, once she's satisfied she's videoed enough of the place, she turns the communicator back to herself.]

[That voice was more than enough to capture Akihiko's immediate and absolute attention. He stares at his starfish, blinking and quickly rubbing his eyes - trying to make certain he's not hallucinating. A wide smile begins to cross his face as the feed continues -

Mitsuru is here.

Minato, Ken, Yukari, Fuuka, Junpei, Ryoji and now Mitsuru. It was as though SEES was starting to come together once more.]

Handsomely, you say? Resorting to bribery instead of executions now, Mitsuru?

[That voice...! It was Akihiko. Was he kidnapped as well? So it wasn't just against the Kirijo Group, but more about SEES. If SEES were here - no, even if it was just Akihiko, they could probably be able to fight their way out of danger.]

This isn't a time for levity, Akihiko. We may be in some serious danger.

[Akihiko can't help but let out a short laugh that almost sounds like a scoff.]

[Her frown deepens even more. Why was nobody taking this as seriously as she was? She was taken away from Iwatodai and now at this strange place and her clothes were soaked. She let out a sound that was somewhere between frustration and resignation.]

It never has. But I need to go back to Iwatodai as soon as I can. I can't imagine what would happen to the Kirijo Group if I weren't around to manage it. I'm sure the police have been alerted to my absence already.

[Unless this place was like the Tartarus, completely inaccessible to normal humans. Then they'd be in more trouble.]

I've been here for a few months. I don't know why we're here - but that's a question that you'll have a tough time answering. I don't think anybody knows why exactly we're here.
