I have no idea how it happened. just randomly, but it wont go away fuck. like it's been a week! and it still hurts! baking soda taste enormously disgusting, i gagged and spit it out one time. yuckeh.

dad always tells me that gargling salt water is sposed to help, but i can never do it. baking soda and water, i'll remember that for next time. i'm lucky that whenever i get them they're in spots of my mouth wear food isn't hitting.

i should ask david. he gets them all the time. he is the ulcer king.
