Wooo-Hoo, now we know all the vacation spots to visit, but it doesnt really do any good for people stuck here in california.

technically, the parents (legal wards) of a minor could stil have arrested and subsequently sue the over 18 person who had sex with their kid, because of corruption of a minor laws, and such. the same way someone who buys me porn could get arrested and registered as a sex offender, despite it being seemingly harmless.
