I've finally been able to start my herb garden! It smells amazing outside now and the plants are still just babies! I also added some marigolds for color and to ward off bugs. The trelis has morning glory and moonflower seeds sprouting at the base that will climb and cover it to protect the plants behind it from direct sun. The herbs are ( Read more... )

Awe thanks!!! Don't you have space for it now? GO FOR IT :D Shop at Lowes for the plants - they have biodegradable lil pots AND a 1 year promise/replacement on plants, even if YOU kill them..LOL

we need to do something like that
we tried in a big pot and I didn't do it will and i stopped maintaining it

MURDERER!!!!!!!!!!! lol

It's not too hard, really - esp w/ herbs, they are very low maitenance (sp?). Just use them (cook w/ them) and give them rocky soil w/ the proper amount of sun/water and they get HUGE...

The tomato and pepper plant tho? I've killed my share of those :( The last big freeze killed my Thai Dragon Pepper plant - so sad about that one :(

I know some people who can't kill a tomato
I can't get one to live

I've tried a few diff times!!!
