7AM - A hour and a half at Gym.
8.30AM - Yogurt (40 cals)
1PM - Apple (50 cals) - OPTIONAL!!
5PM - hopefully salad -will depend on parents.
10PM - Jelly (9 cals)
After that, sugar-free lollies (I know I snack alot after tea so I am giving myself snacks)
49cals or 99cals. - not including tea
