I think everyone who spends thousands or millions of dollars making a truly stinky movie should be forced to contribute a large percentage of their money (even EQUAL to the amount spent on the ridiculous stinkbomb of celluloid) to the World Bank as debt relief for third world nations. It would either release the IMF's hold on those countries or reduce the number of completely bad movies being made that are a waste of money!!!
Oh, dude. Now you're talking! But some of those films were massively low budget, so it would take a LOT of them to help out. ['Course with the shite made over the past few decades, they'd probably be sitting pretty! hehe]
