So when skype first started, i avoided it because it was started by the same people who made Kazaa, and Kazaa was headed for legal trouble. But Skype is clean now, and they have a pidgin plugin, so I broke down and installed it. So you should add carpeliam to your skype buddy list if you have such a thing, and let me know about it. I only run skype

How are you liking skype? I use http://www.oovoo.com to video conference with my friends. I love it, the fact that it is free is just awesome. It has really helped keep in touch with people that I wouldn't be able to otherwise.

2pat2, i haven't tried skype yet, i've just installed it, but i haven't really had a reason to try it yet. how did you find my journal?
