I started my weight training today. This part of my workout regamine I'm doing at home because I'm a little too self concious to sit at the weight machines. I don't have a problem doing them with my trainer, actually it was kinda fun...but something about doing it myself bothers me. Wow! Cool!! Hey, what is that work out? I am looking for something for me to do that doesn't take lots of time and I can do at home. It sounds like you have a really awesome work out routine!

I tell you what...we can work out together when I'm down there and I'll teach it to you. It's not complicated. I'll teach you the easy one...I don't have the stamina for. I have a cardio workout I used to do that I can teach you too if you'd like. Just working on abs doesn't do much without cardio. If you can afford it, Bally's is great! Love it!

Yaaaaay! Cool!

The bad thing about a gym is you actually have to go there... I don't wanna do 24 hour fitness cause its expensive and the people there are crazy, but my schedule doesn't really give me the time to go anywhere else. I was doing Curves with Austin's mom, but I had to stop going because on days I don't have class I have loads of homework... when I am not doing homework I am either cleaning, eating, or sleeping! I figure since what you are doing is at home that will be a bit easier for me to keep up with

I also know some good workout videos that are easy to follow and a KILLER workout that I can reccomend for you cardio-wise. Anything by Prevention is good. They do great videos. Also, I like TamiLee. She does videos for..um...Natural Journies I think. I tend to go for the dance related videos, but there is lots of stuff out there. Videos are good for a first-thing-in-the-morning workout. I just never have the motivation to put them in and do them. Love them, but they lack the social element that I get doing the classes at the gym.

I can also show you some yoga. I've gone a little yoga-crazy actually. But doing the sun salutation in the morning is a good way to get your blood flowing.
