I started my weight training today. This part of my workout regamine I'm doing at home because I'm a little too self concious to sit at the weight machines. I don't have a problem doing them with my trainer, actually it was kinda fun...but something about doing it myself bothers me. Anyway, so the fitness website I use with my membership gives

The bad thing about a gym is you actually have to go there... I don't wanna do 24 hour fitness cause its expensive and the people there are crazy, but my schedule doesn't really give me the time to go anywhere else. I was doing Curves with Austin's mom, but I had to stop going because on days I don't have class I have loads of homework... when I am not doing homework I am either cleaning, eating, or sleeping! I figure since what you are doing is at home that will be a bit easier for me to keep up with

I can also show you some yoga. I've gone a little yoga-crazy actually. But doing the sun salutation in the morning is a good way to get your blood flowing.
