I could see Septimius, a ruthless ruler serving the best interest of Rome and fit much of what you want in a man, and maybe the hedonistic fanciness of Caligula as well. But Commodus, a logical unconventional emperor and tyrant; arrogant, passionate, proud, I can see him as a better fit for you. Someone who commits atrocities to show the extent of his love or have a do-whatever-I-want attitude simply to prove a point, that right there just screams Commodus. I'd have considered Domitian, too, but you have been stamped as him and the level of power, authority and obnoxiousness to be reckoned with is pretty much the same. Going by both personalities, I'd say it's a match made in hell, indeed.
