I think Augustus for you he seems to have the traits you want being traditional and he seems sensible

Augustus, definitely. He was my first impression, with enough want to go for Marcus Aurelius for you. Commanding and insightful would have described Augustus well - a balanced person who's sensible and traditional who had ended the era of the Roman Republic, and someone who dares to make big waves with enough caution first. I imagine he'd be more of a refined taste and wouldn't indulge in the things you wouldn't want in a match. The silence in a loud room presence just sold me, really. So it's Augustus from me.
