What do you think of the Senate and the "old ways"?: Senate used to be an important institution for the people of Rome. They should interprete its voice, but in fact, Senate is a bunch of old aristocrats, who are caring only about their own profit. But who could blame them for that? Everyone does it. Let's be realists.
Of course you revere the gods, don't you?: Of course. Rome would fall apart without respected values. The most important of them is a family. And true Roman family would fall apart without gods. Therefore, people need to revere them and the emperor has to lead by example.
The people of Rome demand amusement. What do you do about it?: Games, of course. You say, it's brutal? Yes, but you can't be a good soldier, when you turn pale at the sight of blood and death, right?
So, how about those Greeks?: Interesting philosophers, educated slaves.
What would you like to do in your free time as emperor?: Emperor should have no free time, I am afraid.
What would your legacy be? What would you want to be remembered for/as?: Stunning victory over the enemies of Rome, good legislation, stability and strength of the empire.
WAR
There is unrest in the frontier areas; barbarians are raiding. What would be your course of action?: Reinforce our legions in the region and teach these barbarians some manners. What else?
You learn of a revolt in the provinces, led by one of your generals. What do you do?: Revolt of my legions? I would find out, what is the true reason behind that. Offer an agreement to the general, give him something, make some promises in exchange for the oath of loyalty. Never trust him again and send him to some suicidal mission, when it is possible.
Overall, how would you feel about your role as supreme commander of the legions?: It's a great power, but also great responsibility. I would always do my best to be loved by my legions.
