sooo living at home isn't really that bad. plus i am learning how to drive my dad's hot little new car which is stick!! i have ALWAYS wanted to learn how to drive stick. and i am saving money and stuff. that's always cool

what on earth does 'drive stick' mean?

it means "to drive stick shift" as in a car that does not have automatic transmission. no one knows how to drive manual these days! but i want to know because there is always that chance that you will have to drive out of a blizzard or tornado or away from bad guys and the only available transportation will have manual transmission. these are things i need to know. STAT.

I think in England you have to learn in a manual car, but I'm not sure. You're reasons for wanting to learn are wise though!
