I'm having a similar problem, so I'm mixing up the cardio and intensity levels (biking, elliptical, jogging, etc.) If you've got your body into a routine, change it up.
i always mix up my muscle group workouts, but i guess i'm not doing enough cardio since i was doing it every other day. i just dont want to exhaust myself to the point where i won't have energy during the day to see patients.
