003+ I shouldn't be surprised

Axel, if I could, I’d love how it was /not/ my best friend who told me about who I was, but Zexion who I’ve been living with for only a few days. It’s great to know that when I asked you about it, you completely blew it off and told. Me. Nothing. You’re an awesome best friend you know that?

And Xemnas-you didn’t think that I deserved to know about ( Read more... )

Roxas, try to calm down. We were ordered not to tell you at the time. I'm sure Axel would have told you if he could have without being turned into a Dusk.

I'll have dinner ready when you get home. What would you like for dessert?

I'll calm down when Axel and Xemnas give me a damn good reason why they couldn't tell me what I asked. And Axel's never been one for following the rules-- why is this time any different? Just because I'm involved?

....I don't even know. I'm not hungry.

.....cheesecake.

I don't know, but when you're in a bad mood Lumine gets spiteful, and what with him and Ama we both know how that turns out. At least now you know . . . . right? I didn't have to tell you, you know.

All right. Cheesecake it is. You'll feel better with some food in you.

Lumine's spiteful with or without me being in a bad mood, half the time. I've got every right to be pissed, though-- you could have told me when I asked at one of the first meetings! Instead you kept it secret like everyone else did and yeah, you told me now, but why? Why now? Why couldn't -

...never mind. I'll be home soon. ...Thanks.

Maybe you they needed you, or maybe the other guys were scared of this.. Xemnas guy. I mean, usually the leader of some.. cult thing, or whatever, is usually powerful or something.

Which, by the way, what's with the "x" names. It's wierd.

If they 'needed' me, they should have at least told me the truth when I asked.

And I don't even know. Probably to identify that we're part of the Organization- ask Xemnas.

Well.. like, I remember sometimes parents don't tell their kid's things, cause they want to protect them. They could just have been being selfish bastards, but still..

Never been in a cult though, so I don't know.

It would probably help if I had parents, though. And don't get confused- the Organization wasn't a happy little family by any means.

...You really... shouldn't talk to our Superior like that...

a-anyway... I kinda... but like... Roxas. You... but... and...

The Organization doesn't even exist anymore- as far as I know, the majority of the members died which kind of makes it hard to be an Organization. (Or so I've been told. Who knows! maybe that's a lie too!)

And what. I don't suppose you'll tell me the truth.

There is absolutely no reason to take this out on Demyx.

For your information, no. I didn't think you deserved to know. If I had, I would have told you.

You always did ask one too many questions...

As for Zexion, it was a very careless move on his part to reveal this information to you. The two of you are falling further and further out of my good graces.

I had just as much of a right to know as he did-- as any of you did. It doesn't matter if you thought I should have known or not- it was my past and I should have known.

I asked 'too many questions' because when I asked just one, I never got a straight answer. I tried to leave because of that.

And does it matter? The Organization isn't truly together now, save for the fact we're in Parisa. Leave Zexion out of this- at least he told me the truth.

I ask you this, Roxy-did you ever stop to contemplate the consequences of Axel telling you?
I admit, lying to you may not have been the best course of action, but see it from Axel's point of view-he would have been destroyed! Besides, in the end I've heard that he did some pretty heroic stuff in relation to you-if that's not an "awesome best friend", I'd like to know what is.
Everyone makes mistakes, Roxy... But not everyone attempts to make up for them.

Then again, I suppose I need not have bothered with explanations, advice or trying to console you-after all, I'm just a traitor.

I did- but you know as well as I do- he was never one for following the rules by any stretch of the imagination.

...What do you mean, he did heroic stuff- what are you talking about. Why the hell don't I remember half of what all of you seem to know.

And. Last night was obviously not one of my better ones. I don't mean to burn bridges like that but when you find out that half of what you knew to be true isn't, I don't think even you would react in a 'happy' manner. For what little I'm sure it's worth, I apologize for dragging you into it when I was more pissed with our 'Superior' and VIII.

Okay, valid point... I'm not quite sure why I'm sticking up for him but I think it's pretty harsh for saying that about him...

And uh... Perhaps it's just my memory mixing with my dreams or something... Disregard it.

And you are lying when you say that *smirks* But you know, it was understandable-just glad you calmed down a little, Roxy... I'm hardly one to refuse apologies, Roxy so... I'll let it slide

No, no disregarding. What did you mean by that? You don't make mistakes and let things slip like that.

Also, not touching that,Marly.

Kid,I've never seen you before in this life or the last two. You bitch like Jan on a bad day, though.

Should I be surprised that you're just going to act like you have no idea what I'm talking about? And I have every right to 'bitch'.

Because I don't. Who are you, anyway? How do you know me? Some sorta stalker-kid?
