Thanks for reminding me - they're supposed to but I need to fax the shipping receipt over because the lady at the post office wouldn't let me put it in the box because she said I had to have my box sealed and ready to go when I brought it to the counter even though I told her I needed to put the shipping receipt INSIDE the box. Ugh.

really? That's stupid. I've had an item still opened before. I had to put money inside an envelope (didn't know it was technically not allowed to mail cash, just thought it was unsafe and therefore "dont do it") and the lady waited for me. Geeze to that postal lady. she could have said to you step to the side, close it and return the package to her when you were done.

When I explained why I needed it to keep it open - she said that I could just slip it under the edge where it's not taped?!!! Umm no, what if it falls out?

They were from Kitson but I doubt I'm ever going to order from them again.

And the shoes in the box looked like they were returns too - the bottoms looked worn. =/
