... I guess we don't do it all that much, but we could if we wanted. The only horse I've gotten up close and personal with was named Royal Medicine. Not the most cuddly name. [She wouldn't named him... Speedy.]

Yeah, he's a noble animal. [The way she says it suggests that there might be other ones out there.] His usual gig's being a racehorse, so his speed's spoken for.
