Please continue to get bored at 2am, they're very good. I guess this icon journal was formed on the basis of being a FM graphics site but then so was mine and I soon learned that venturing beyond them can make the task more entertaining. Also they're less likely to show up on the Ledge and bite you in the arse.

I like the colouring on these. I seem to go for that style but for some reason cannot control myself from going overboard and turning everything into essentially various shades of blue.

Yeah, someone on SevenWonders is using a really old icon of mine as their avatar and I want to blow things up whenever I see it. -_-

I was going for the blue thing on these (at least 2, 3, 4, and 6), and they looked nice in Photoshop, and then I saved & uploaded them and it looks like they faded (along with 1 & 5). Whenever I save JPG icons in Photoshop, they always come out larger than the size limit LJ puts on icons, so I save as PNG. I think that's where the color shift comes from. I could make the colors bolder in Photoshop so the shift would look more like I intended them to be, but that's much too much work. That FM/Stevie shouldn't require. ;)

It seems like no one is making Stevie icons anymore, or at least ones that don't scream MS PAINT and ~wyndchyld~, so you can imagine how glad I was to see a batch of something that's actually great AND recent.

So basically, you own my soul.
