Heh, yeah, other people reading it may complain about the lack of background... But this wasn't written for them. :) I thought I might give you a taste of how I'd have done it.

*punch punch* how raw! i dont really like this pairing, but i liked the fic. it took me a bit to warm up to the idea, but i liked the power-struggle involved. :D

It's not really one of my favourite pairings either, but when one writes gift fics, the idea is the receiver's preference. Also, this was a spin-off to our GW RPG, it makes more sense and seems less pwp seen in that light. PF was right though: this is so very typical of my writing. :) thanks for the compliment!
