today, i thought of something that explains a lot. i had just gotten out of the shower, i pulled up my computer chair to check my email, and i was struck by an unusual amount of anger and bitterness. i'm not sure what triggered it, but there is something i take issue with and that i've thought about before to a lesser extent ( Read more... )

but see, you know you're shy, which isn't better or worse, but that can make the process a bit more difficult. i've never heard you whine about some girl not being into you because she "doesn't want a nice guy". i'm talking about the guys who basically try to sell themselves on their "niceness" because they don't really have anything else to show for themselves. you have lots to show for yourself, so you don't have to worry about it.
