Does anyone know someone who sews?

I'm roughly 6' tall, a big girl, and going to get bigger because I'm pregnant. Buying maternity pants does not seem to be an option for me. I thought I would be able to find something on lanebryant.com, but no. Their maternity pants look awful, and I'm not even sure they'd fit me length-wise

I sew, but I'm a bit rusty (I haven't made anything major in a couple of years). I need to see a picture of the back of the pants to get a clear idea of how to piece the pants together.. and maybe *maybe* I might be able to whip something up. The only thing is that I have a sewing machine but no serger (which is what most store-bought garments are made with - keeps the fabric from fraying), but it might still be worth a try.

Have you checked Old Navy and/or Gap? Their websites might have more than the stores. What about Motherhood?

Oh! I found a picture of the back on another listing! Okay, so there's a tie in the back too.. those would be REALLY easy to make..

those are wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy cute. I don't know anyone who sews -- or I would have the opposite problem of my pants being so loooooong -- but maybe I'll just buy you some, hehe =)

Hehe they are cute! I love, love, love them, and Patrick does, too. They flow and remind him of dresses (which he loves!).
