I feel so itchy! Is it in my head? Some of it is I am sure but what isn't is driving me absolutley bonkers. I was so angry last night because I was awaken by the top of my feet itching. Personal growth....I'm all about it. At least at this point in my life I am anyway. I've been there before when I hung up my drinking belt and put on the  blanket of sobriety which is something I am very proud of. Wow, so much has been going on. I don't know where to begin....

My Kid went to see family members she hasn't seen in like 10 years and things didn't work out for the best. I ended up on the phone all night every night then I had my normal routines in the day.
