There are a lot of fic I could rec - travelingpsycho is just that awesome - but when I stop to think about it there are three that really stand out to me.

Chance - AU where Uchi, Toma, Kusano, Tottsu and Kitayama (re)debut as a new unit. It focuses on Uchi but it also shows how everyone else is dealing and it's all done in such a brilliant believable way!!

Reach Out Your Hand - AU set in psychiatric setting. Kind of Subaru/Yasu but the pairing is not the focus. Really really intense. The kind of fic that makes you stop and think. I may have a personal bias for this fic but she's done such a wonderful job with the plot.

Change - Genderswitch. Ryo turns into a girl and there is angst and then there is sex and how she managed to write this so it all makes sense never ceases to amaze me. XD

My favourites, and there are many:

Untitled - Yoko/Ryo/Ohkura, where Yoko is so utterly turned on by Ryo and Ohkura's Last Friends concert skit and accidently walks in on them in the shower. Very, very hot.

Timepiece - Jin/Yamapi, a gorgeous fic about their friendship that eventually turns into a relationship. Switches back and forth between their memories and the present.

Reliance - Toma/Jin, a bit of angst about Jin leaving for America. How she turned a fanreport about Toma smoking into something so pretty I have no idea.

HMTMKMKM - RyoxKame - (PG 13 & NC 17) - Even if you are not RyoxKame fan, you still have to read it. I read it when I wasn't a RyoxKame fan. Ryo and Kame are stranded together in a foreign land working on a shoot for a movie. Johnny’s Jr has the two of them share a room for the duration, with an eye to budget (and the other eye to fanservice). This is her EPIC fic ever. I can't rant about how much I love this fic. KamexKame's writing is just beautiful. she conveys so many emotions and heartwrenching images through her sentences. I just want to take Bird Bride Kame away to cuddle him. No Kame is not really a bird.

The Fisherman and the Princess of The Insects - RyoxKame(PG-13) - If you have seen paparazzi pics of Kimono Kame, then you have to read this fic. This fic is lighter than HMTMKMKM and has its doses of loveliness and fluffiness. Ryo's emotions and thoughts are very raw. The Princess Boy is so precious and fragile.
