In an effort to train my mind back into a more positive direction - a list of good things:
  1. Last Friday I got to celebrate Midsummer with friends. There was a walk in the woods followed by venison stew cooked in a firepit.  There was lots of good conversation and meaningful Words spoken over the mead horn.

Huzzah in general. Number nine is (I guess) particularly pleasing, what with it being a "for the first time in your life, is gone" realisation. I suggest finding some stuff you like and recording yourself reading it, even if nobody else ever hears it. It's a *thing* to *do* for *reasons*.
