I'm on the stupid side of an argument and I have to argue it in front of people like a douche tomorrow. The argument to which I was assigned is "The trial court was right in determining that the contract was unambiguous, but they were wrong in determining its meaning

Good luck!! I don't have to give oral to anyone I don't want to. That's the beauty of no longer being in law school.

Okay so I just realized that you added me since I pay zero attention to such things on lj, but now that I have noticed we are now officially lj friends!

And yeah I know how you feel - I was on a similar side for my OA last year sucks but sounds like you rocked it which is obviously all that matters. And really, expensive suits make ALL the difference. The suits I have are super expensive (and I can afford them thanks to 50-70% off sales that makes them $200 instead of almost $600) and being next to other people in suits that are less expensive, therefore not as nice, and you just look better in a nice suit. So yay for our expensive suits!
