Ben has been waiting on pins and needles waiting for Max to return from his chat with Alex. One second he's reading in bed, the next he's stalking the room, and after that he's perched at the very edge of the bed. Was sending Max, of all people, the best idea? Would he be too defensive of Ben? Or was he just immature enough to connect with Alex? He

When Max appears back in their little suite, he is not followed by Alex, and he does not look at all happy.

In fact, he looks downright glum.

He shuffles into the bedroom, leans against the door frame, and fixes Ben with a defeated look. "Well... we kind of bonded."

"But then we started arguing and she called me an asshole and went outside and NOW SHE HATES ME!"

"Okay. Went outside where?"

He flails toward the window.

"Outside there."

Well. As long as she doesn't get it in her head to go back home...

"What'd you do to piss her off?"
