Hmm... If I move away and live with my grandmother to avoid the degrading and hateful words directed at me by my family, would that be running away from my problems? I am the type to deal with my problems and try my best to make the outcome as positive as i can, but I can't help but feel like I shouldn't have to feel worthless every time I walk

I don't think you would be running away from your problems, as I see it you aren't the one with problems anyways...it's the one you'll be leaving that have problems...I think you should go and live with your Grandmother, it's obviously what you want to do, and what would make you happy....

You are not a child anymore, you are 18 now, and don't "need" your parents blessings to leave, yes I know it would be easyer, but you still don't need them to give you permission to leave...

As for your work situation, talk to your boss tell him/her don't listen to the hours given by your mom, and to only put you up for the hours that you say...
