Blocked...

So I'm a little... tiny bit... BLOCKED. I think it's the stress from the impending boards getting to me.

All I seem to want to do now is role-play at AV Year One or rant about silly non-horror movies. NOT GOOD.

I can't study properly or write a decent, continuous piece of fiction or even non-fiction.

Help help help.

Heh, I seem to be having the same problem today. All I want to do is be on LJ laughing at funny icons. Hmm. Anyway, I'll tell you what I'm going to do. I'm going to close out everything, walk away from my computer, do something else, gather some ideas about what I want to write, come back later, open up a word-document (err, chapter 23.2 to be exact), and I'm going to try to write. Eh, it works sometimes. Good luck!

i felt... well... it was more of a 'i have to post something story-like or i'll go mad' kind of feeling...

so yeah... i stared at my screen and wrote down the first angsty thing that popped into my head and went from there.

Doood! Role-play is TEH DEVIL. Seriously. I got sucked in and man...I would start playing about 9 when the kids went to bed and I would play until I had to get them up for school...every freaking night. I was totally addicted. It didn't help that I was playing with a really talented writer and our characters always ended up together. I didn't work on my novel, I didn't work on fic, and I realized I had a problem when I was driving home and didn't know how I got there because I was plotting for game. *grin*

I play Blaise on AV Year One. I'm quite new at it so his storyline isn't that developed as of yet.

For now, he's testing the waters with Pansy to see if there's potential for a great friendship or something more.

Thank GOD this wasn't around before I graduated from Uni. It would have been HELL on my thesis!

Let's see... I played Moody, I used Jurgen Prochnow as my PB. He hooked up with Seti Vector by sheer chance. The characters just had chemistry. I've played Harry, Ted Tonks, Rodolphus Lestrange, Tracey, and this really evil OC that we didn't even give a name to. He was awful. See, I'm a very sick woman. I like being the evil despoiler of virgins.
