random update

life is going pretty well, have been enjoying picking up the peices and seeing what life has to offer next.. change has been exciting and daunting but all in all im getting there and enjoying the ride. ive been taking lots of time out to process and take the space that i need to move on which has been really good. its been nice to not be so active

you need some thermals to wear on your bike!!! don't freeze to death!

the zombie shuffle will be fab - it's annoying that it's on a day i can't do it. oh well! you'll have to take pictures for us!
