My allergy meds are temporary since it's just the molds that get me. I will look into this magical astro forte, though, because holy WHOA the flu is knocking on my door!

I haven't looked into a holistic chiro, but I've been in physical therapy for a while now working on my jaw/neck pain (intubation was a bitch to my face). I have contacted my acupuncturist to work out a plan and I'm just waiting on a call back.

Those are a LOT of meds to be taking at once, I'd be wary of accidental Ledgering, too. And would most def. not trust unsure/baked sounding pharmacist. ALTHOUGH, sometimes those are the ones that REALLY know what not to take with what-- knowwhaddimeeen? (But maybe not at El heb)

I am scared of Swine Flu. I don't know why. Flus that close entire school districts and send out pandemic alerts across continents? NAHTHANX. Hope Mr. Woodroffe is well soon.

I've got a bunch of herbal remedies, but I wonder if I can pre-order Tamiflu? Hmmm..just in case...being around thousands of people makes me wary. I love it. I was taking Benadryl for sleep and that's a hangover that lasts all day. The Trazadone aftereffects, so long as I sleep for 8 hours, goes away after my first caffeinated drink. So that's good.
