My big problem with Sony

My beloved PSP. Forever will be lost. If sony wasn't just a voice over the phone I'd seriously consider giving them a beat down. I have gone in circles around Sony and UPS for the past two months. I am tired of it

dude, steven sent his playstation 2 off over two months ago to sony. those people fucking suck. nothing but recordings and disconnecting and then they have no record of it and maybe it got sent to another place and blah blah blah. he insured it for $150 so it looks like we will be going through the pain in the ass claim bc obviously those assholes are never going to send it back! goodluck with your psp. i would be beyond pissed too!
