Oh dear... congratulations?? I hope you give yourself a break and disregard call from work while you are down! My stomach flu was intense and lasted 30 hours. I lost 10 lbs before I was back up on solid foods. Ugh. Sweat it out, baby, and I hope you feel better!!

And my deepest condolences. This flu season has been very hard on the infirm and elderly. :-(
