The tie part came after writing the start and then it would not goddamn budge. The image was too intense to not write xD

And, it wasn't Veld that did it for the others hehe. So poor other Turks ^_^ (Even though Urban Dev is not the strongest department in Shinra, Veld brought himself down to do this mano-a-mano for Reeve. Not that that is ever explicitly acknowledged ^^;)
