normal flora is good for you! you can help your body produce more normal flora by eating plenty of yogurt! because yogurt contains a few bacteria, such as bifidobacterium bifidum and bifidobacterium longdum as well and a few others, and the bifidobacterium bifidum produce a vitamin B that promotes more growth of more normal flora! YAY!!!
