Chaos respawned, but he was rampaging because he was pissed off. When I beat him, he calmed down.

I'm new here, so I may not know all of the details about this thing, but...that creature doesn't exactly look like something one person could beat on their own. How do you plan on taking it out just by hitting it in the eyes?

Well, yes, I suppose that's true. I would more beg the question of how you would actually kill it. While hitting it in the eyes might blind it, you would probably need something very long and sharp to get at it's brain. And blind monsters can still rampage across the city.

Pleased to meet you, too. Are you and Silver the only ones of your kind here? There seem to be a lot of non-human races in this place.
