love. so soft looking. reminds me of impressionism/post but it is still far too detailed to be so, if that makes any sense at all :/

aw, thank you! they're actually not that soft up close, what with layers and brush strokes.

they're not abstract at all! we can definitely see the subjects. I'd have to see them up close to find that I was incorrect to be reminded of that era ;)
