Cristina returning to dance it out with Meredith but not give Owen a proper goodbye was Shonda's final slap in the face of Crowen fans. Bitch.

I like to think that Owen was still in surgery since not much more time had elapsed. That makes me happier than Shonda not giving a hoot, so I'm going with that. Cristina specifically asked Meredith to take care of Owen and not let him get all dark and twisty. So that's something. And the CO wedding picture (!) was in Cristina's new office. They aren't over. Never will be. And, heck, they are both still breathing so my assumption is they will end up together eventually. For now, the fact that Shonda didn't kill either of them will have to do.

p.s. I imagine Cristina will return for Owen in the series finale or when Kevin leaves, which ever comes first. Probably right around the time Owen has finally managed to move on with his life.

Have just finished watching it and now I feel stupid because I want to cry. It did feel like a slap in the face. What was that? Ugh :(

I've been depressed all day, and I know how stupid that sounds, but still. Have had to turn to my secret stash of angsty-romantic movies and books. Nobody "IRL" understands my CO obsession, let alone share it. I am in dire need of fanfiction that restores some sense into a world gone mad...
