I'm going to have to sound a bit cliche for a moment here, and be yet another parent wondering how in the world their child got so big. Because today my baby turned 6. 6! And I have no idea how he got to be so old. I think I blinked

Thank you for sharing this. It reminded me of how grateful I felt being a mom. Life is really bright and alive, vibrant and in the moment when we are experiencing it throgh the eyes of children. They can teach us so much as we teach them how to be in the world. And it can be so much fun! Sounds like you are doing a good job of trying to savor every second.

So that's what all that typing was last night... Man, you got me all choked up here.

For the record, I measured the O-man today, he is officially 4 feet and 1/4 inch. That's a 1/2 inch taller than those hack doctors measured. In fact, I measured it twice just to be sure. So that puts him somewhere around the 92 percentile.

Nit that I'm keeping track... too much...
